Cowboy spirit

I just had to share this with yall!! Last weekend I went to my friend Holly's house to visit and take her to lunch.  I passed her house so that I could turn around and go the other direction and that's when I saw this house on the corner.  I laughed out loud and had to take pics with my phone. The house is painted and decorated with Dallas Cowboys theme.  Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE the Boyz!  My spirit can't touch this though.
I got spirit yes I do, we got spirit how Bout you?
Even the car has team spirit!

Who else is so excited about football season?  I can't wait!!
Till the day I die.. Straight up!

  1. Hi, dear Holli! When I lived in Pennsylvania I was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. (I attended Penn State the same years that future Steelers greats Franco Harris and Jack Ham played for Joe Paterno's Nittany Lions.) When I moved to the Tampa Bay area I became a Buccaneers fan. The team steadily improved over the years, won Super Bowl XXXVII in January 2003, then went into a decline. Their performance on the field got so bad that a sign was erected on the 50 yard line of Raymond James Stadium that reads: "The Bucs stop here." :)

    1. I have been a diehard loyal Cowboys fan since I was a kid. For a few years in the 90's I lived in Ft. Myers, Fla. I thought about supporting the Buccaneers in addition to the cowboys but they were terrible. That's also when the Boyz were playing great. There are some funny memes out there AGAINST the Cowboys too. They're the team that everyone likes to hate. I love them!

  2. I am definitely ready for some football! My daddy was a HUGE Cowboys fan back in the days of Roger Staubach, Tom Landry and, of course, Tony Dorsett. ;-) -Marci @ Stone Cottage Adventures

Though I don't get crazy about football, I DO love passion and your pal definitely has it. Be passionate about something, peeps!

  7. Don't hate me, but I don't like football. And especially don't like the Cowboys :P But HOLY CRAP I KNOW THAT HOUSE! Unless there's some other person with a completely Cowboys decked out house in Texas (which you know, is entirely possible) that's the one down the street from me!

    1. madilynn- the house is in Mesquite off Gallaway and hwy 80. Very small world if that's the same house!! Are you a native Dallas, Texan? How can you not like the Cowboys if so? I don't hate you. People love to hate the Cowboys, I'm used to it. LOL

    2. Yup! Same house! VERY small world, wow! Born and raised here, but both my parents are Northerns. My dad was into the Packers, but football wasn't ever a big thing in our house so... *shrug*

    4. I've never met a blogger before in real life and the thought gives me a anxiety haha.. I'm extremely social awkward in real life. If we met up for coffee or beers, it would likely be silence :P
