A to Z- letter C

Good Morning y'all! Today is going to be short and sweet this Monday.
"C" is for Cartons today.  My house is filled with stinky Corrugated Cartons.  We got a lot of packing done over the weekend but sadly we still have much more.  I do feel like we're Capable of having it all ready by Friday minus the garage.  The garage gives me enough anxiety to go into Cardiac arrest.  Craziness!
It's hard to walk through the house with the cartons so Close. I do have 4 bags of stuff to drop off to Charity.
I don't have much time to Concentrate on today's Challenge so gotta go. Have a  great day with lots of Cheer and Courtesy
Now for a song: Calling all angels by Train

  1. Hi, dear Holli!

Those stacks of cartons are a familiar sight (and smell). I have moved a couple dozen times in my life and it's always a hassle. The task seems daunting right now but, if you keep whittling away at it methodically, you will eventually come to the end and experience euphoria when you are furnishing, decorating and relaxing at your new place. Thank you for introducing the band Train. I enjoyed their song "Calling All Angels" and the unique video with them playing in the rain. "Calling All Angels" reminded me of the old doo-wop recording by The Crests, "Trouble in Paradise" that begins with:

    "Calling all angels
    Calling all angels
    Calling all angels, ooh"

    Thank you, dear friend Holli!

    1. Shady, you've never heard of Train? Drops of Jupiter, hey soul sister, meet Virginia- those are some more of their popular songs. I really do like this band a lot. Cool tidbit, they also have wines that they label called Calling all angels. It's delish!! Have a great day sweet Shady!

    3. Nope, I never heard of them. I'm old. The most recent group I can think of is Milli Vanilli.

  3. Well, if you've read my blog AT ALL you know that Train is one of my favorite Bands. And Calling All Angels is from their My Private Nation, which is the first purchased after watching them in concert. It remains (probably) my favorite CD of theirs.

I really hope that you can do this move without too much anxiety. I know that's asking for a lot (moving is stressful!), but it's also good. Making good changes. New beginnings. Maybe if you can focus on that it will help.

    Praying for you, girl!

    1. Yes ma'am, as I posted this morning I was thinking that you would like my song!!! I sooooo appreciate the prayers during this move. I've never bought a house before and don't care to do again in a long long time. Between dealing with mortgage company and the packing, I've taken quite a bit of Excedrin . Lol!

  5. I hate moving. It's all I did as a child. And we never even moved far, it was always within the same city. CRAZY, indeed.
Wishing you well on your move.

    1. Jeffrey, I feel you brother! I moved 4 times just in my 3rd grade year. I moved 13 times before I finally graduated high school.
It's no Bueno and I'll be so happy when all this is over!! Thanks so much for the well wishes.
